Just over a year ago fifteen dogs were poisoned in Withrow Park. One, a Cavalier King Charles spaniel named "t-bone," died. The city responded by enclosing the 21 acre park with a chain-link fence. No charges were ever laid in the incident.
In my opinion, these are sick bastards that probably, even if found guilty, would only have gotten a slap on their wrist.
