Torontonians were left digging deep after a heavy snowfall on Valentine's Day.

In the first major snowstorm this winter, nearly 10 cm of snow blanketed the city by yesterday afternoon on top of the 10 cm that had fallen overnight. <-- It's a miracle the city didn't call in the army again! LOL But then again, I am from a place where 70 cm of snowfall is nothing and people still go to work.
